Currently the parameter description says:

 * P0: NW
 * P1: SW

Which is both wrong and extremely difficult to understand.  

I would suggest:

 * P0: east-west exponent
 * P1: north-south exponent

And having a link to the superellipsoid chapter (6.5.1.11) where the
formula and detailed description is given.
